jcmedicgal Posted July 10, 2008 Share Posted July 10, 2008 work as a flight medic teach in EMS figure out why people call for an ambulance when they could have taken a taxi??? educate the community on what we really do for a living......other than drive an ambulance guide my kids into a healthy, fulfilled, educated, successful, happy adulthood train my husband as well as I have trained my dogs (this one I may not see happen before death!) Here goes....Things I wanna do before I leave,,,,not in any particular order Fly in the back of an airforce jet!! Ohh....yes! See the wine areas in Itlay. Visit County Cork, Ireland, Race my Camaro Z28 along PCH, Hwy...going over 90 mph, I drive it fast now....just carefully... Volunteer at a senior citizens home. Christopher.Collins Posted July 10, 2008 Share Posted July 10, 2008 In no particular order (except the first one): *Marry my girl (cuz hell either of us could die at any given second) *Lose 50lbs *Get my private pilots license / fly a plane (again) *Sky dive *Be an astronaut on a shuttle mission (not when anyone can start going in the near future on some dumb little thing that dosnt go really fast and have lots of fuel and two huge rockets strapped to it :twisted: ). *Restore my '89 Grand Marquis... including custom paint/airbrush tributes to Fire/EMS/Police/Military/Columbia/Challenger *Be in a movie (dont have to star, would settle for supporting) *Work as a flight medic or nurse *Finally get a damn tattoo *Get my Paramedic license *Get a bachelors degree in EMS *Teach EMS and maybe public education on EMS *Teach children/teens *Maybe write a book... but who knows what Id have to write about *Do something to support or work for the Army as a civillian since I was discharged for medical reasons *Invent some revolutionary EMS tool... Kiss in the Rain...... See my children get Baptised because they Truely understand the meaning of a personal relationship with Christ..... Find out what It means to be loved unconditionally, and be told by someone who MEANS IT! Visit Germany Visit Greece Kiss in the Rain.... Take a Road Trip from Louisvill Ky to Chattanooga Tn with a select group of friends.... Camp out in Land Between the Lakes for a night with that Same select Group of friends.... Fix the problem that is causing Blue Springs to fill with Gravel! Oh and Did I mention Kiss in the Rain? With that person that loves me unconditionally Of Course!! Become an Emergency RN and Intensive Care Paramedic and maybe do a health science/management degree. Work in outback Australia as either a nurse or medic with RFDS. Travel parts of the world working as a nurse. I’d like to make my mark on the world so people knew I was here (however this may be done, I’m not sure lol) EDIT: Cure cancer, find a solution to world hunger, drop the price of fuel, insure everyone has a nice place to sleep tonight ect ect ect… Basically rule the world!
