Hello, i have been a paramedic for about a year and a half and I let go from my previous employer 3 months ago. Since then I've worked at a couple of other less than reputable companies and I am now working with AMR in Dallas. In my experience as a medic I've prided myself on being able to handle situations appropriately without freaking out. However, since coming back to a reputable company it has come to my attention that my assessment skills, and ability to organize my thoughts while talking to my patients and while giving reports has drastically diminished. I'm currently struggling and have tried everything I can think of. Does anyone have resources or suggestions that would help me get back up to par and boost my confidence? Thank you in advance.
