Well how sweet! I was never a normal kid when i was young, grew up around 3 brothers so i never played with normal things that little girls played with. I went through a major GI Joe phase though! haha!

Hate to break it to you all, but every hospital i've ever been at (and I've lived all over the US) I've only seen them take temps orally unless its a baby or small child then its rectally. Actually the ear thermometers are getting more and more common for ALL ages. Its scary, very scary only because of the inaccuracy. But i do agree with you R/R Sorry i don't have much to contribute to this topic but just thought i would share my observations. take care all -

I read that story and about died. lol! My mom works in Ottawa and we frequent the McDonalds there, whether its that one in the news story or not, i don't know but to my knowledge there is only 1 McDonalds in Ottawa :roll: kinda funny story although I would be doing some serious ass beating if it was my kid. They could have at least let her keep the lighter and some of the weed as a souvenir I'm sure that mom will need by days end -
