Hands down to calling the PD. If he was drunk enough to wreck in the first place he was drunk enough to cause a 2 vehicle wreck. This guy needs to learn a lesson from this besides just a damaged car. He could have easily killed a child,mother,or even someone you know. I have no pity for him honestly he earned what he got.

No way would I follow that method! What is the point of pumping blood if there is no oxygen in it? You might as well put them on Carbon monoxide instead of O2 lol. Plus that method would quickly exhaust the resuscitator and he or she would be unable to continue after only giving a few rescue breaths. This method won't be done by me any day soon!

No sorry they were interviewing EMT's and a fire chief who were using the new method. This new method is becoming taught in session at Fire houses and to paramedics if they ask for a session on it.

I saw on the news the other day something that was very interesting. There is a former Paramedic teaching a method of CPR that does not include the rescue breath and relies strictly on continuous chest compression 100 times a minute. I have to say I prefer the current method to the new one being taught by this man but i wanted everyone's opinion.

All Fire departments and first responders are volunteer except one and all ambulance district is paid. Though i feel sorry for the people who go to our closest hospital which has been named the "Doc in the box"
