As I'm helping Dylan with his Lego project I'm wondering if it's still considered quality father/son time when despite my very best efforts to contribute, hour after hour, about the only words I hear are, "Um, that's not right", "I already did that part", and "Dad, I think I should do this by myself."

Bought a cup of pumpkin spiced latte at the bucks, thy had 3 tip boxes strategically placed on the counters. Is it expected to leave a tip? I don't leave one at mcdonalds so why should we at the bucks? Just a question.

Big Daddy got his first 'live tube' today! It was freaking AWESOME!!! The Antesthetist and the NA were fantastic with all the help and coaching! When the cords slid into view (the Antsthetist did the Sellik's Maneuver), it was almost like having 'buck fever'....I almost couldn't insert the ET because I was awestruck with what I was doing and the view....

I understand each segment of the EKG represents a specific action within the heart during the cardiac cycle. The problem I'm having is when the segments are put together.....

OK I officially have "tremor envy" I didn't feel anything damn it. Well at least I have a Hurricane heading my way =) Should be a good duty weekend for me, my first 48 since I came off medical leave =) BTW anyone else have REM stuck in their heads??? Starts with an earthquake... eye of a hurricane... yup I feel fine LOL
