So assuming that you have no problem with a transsexual/crossdresser working with you. Would you feel comfortable in sharing hugs on special congratulatory occasions? A non issue with me.

Yes and yes. My only real exposure to a transsexual/cross dresser, at a previous employer we had a mechanic who cross dressed, he would come in with some eye liner still on, or fingernail polish still on. Didn't effect his work, or his professionalism so I didn't care!
