If a statue in the park of a person on a horse has both front legs in the air, the person died in battle. If the horse has one front leg in the air, the person died because of wounds received in battle. If the horse has all four legs on the ground, the person died of natural causes Maybe Snopes.com is correct (Haven't checked yet) but I've always heard that "If the horse has ONE front leg in the air", the person was WOUNDED in battle.... VERRRY enlightening useless trivia though....I LOVE it cause I'm full of it myself......useless trivia, that is. Although some may say I'm fulla shit, too!!! LOL

Thanks for the welcome!! I am a member of 2 F.D.'s and 2 EMS units in the U.P. of Michigan. Moved back to Chicago and got licensed in IL with full intentions of getting Medic status and getting on with the CFD. Looking into going to Iraq or Afghanistan for a bit before I start Medic classes.
