Paramedic Comic Book

So, being a comic artist, I have finally decided to make a paramedic comic book. As of right now, I hope to release it during EMS week this year. Here is the basic premise:

Title: "While We Sleep"

The idea is that the comic book will illustrate all the things a paramedic does 'while we sleep', mostly to show that medics are on the job helping people when we are just going about our lives oblivious to what they're doing.

I don't want this book to be something that has a lot of mistakes in it, as it's being made in appreciation to paramedics and EMTs. So, will you guys give me a hand?

What would you most like to see a paramedic doing portrayed in a comic book? What mistakes would frustrate you the most? Any scenarios you think should be specifically portrayed?
