Since a few days, when I click on the "New content" link, it always states that there is no new content, though there are new posts since my last visit.

There are some option on the left hand side that show up in purple. Try a few of those options after you click "view new posts/content".

It could be the nightly back up that admin might have set up alot of high volume sites save versions of the site in case of a server crash so that they can go to a "last known good configuration" if you will of a site. This is so that one wouldn't lose all the past posts. I don't know if admin has this set up or not.

brilliant!I think that is Admin's way of telling you to go to bed and stop looking at internet porn.
I like being able to give "thumbs up" to admin and the moderators now
