Bad Career Moves

There was a story on Yahoo news this morning about an air care crew leaving their laptop on the helicopter's skid. When they took off from the hospital it feel, smashing on the ground only inches from a 10 year old boy. Although no one was hurt, it was a close call and definitely a bad career move.

Shit happens... it was an accident. Now if said crew threw stuff out of the helicopter when in flight, that would be different. Forgetting something, some where, anywhere... it happens.
