Does any one know of any Urban systems that use non-transporting ALS. Or any large systems that use it? Thanks.

Hey Fen....look into Chester County and Delaware Couny EMS in Pennsylvania. I know some of these counties have chase cars.

Almost the entire state of California is run this way.
