I am just wondering what everyone uses as their 'first line', after introducing themselves. i.e. Hi I am Bob and this is George, ."....................................., I have been using. What can we do for you today ?. Or can you tell me what has happened ? Thanks for your help, as it is not something that we have covered in class.

Another student question, a bit off topic (not about uniform). Can anyone tell me what is happening with the VU 2nd Year Intake 'program' at the moment ? Was this year the first year that they did this ? Will it continue in the future ? Bear in mind that I am only a 1st year at the moment . So I thinking for the year after next. Hi all, I didn't know where to put this. So here goes. I am looking for a particular Paramedic/ EMS/ EMT T shirt. The writing states something similar to; We don't deserve to be called Heroes but then we don't deserve to be vomited on either. I have searched but I still cannot find and would be very grateful to anyone who would be able to help. Thanks for your help.
