    guy sittin at a bar tells his buddy i took my wife to a disco last weekend .There was a guy on the dance floor who was giving it his all.Breakdancing,moonwalking,back flips,the whole bit. My wife turned to me and said "see that guy? 25 years ago he proposed to me and i turned him down." I turned to my wife and said "Looks like he's still F***ing celebrating !!"

    very well said ! doctors look at every piece to create the whole puzzle why shouldnt we? it could be that one little thing that we DONT look at that could be the cause and by not looking into it we arent taking care of our patients
